Region: Islay

Colour: Auburn.

Nose: Atlantic Sea salt, toffee, tanned leather and stewed apples.

Palate: Golden maple syrup, dark chocolate, liquorice root and tannin oak.

Finish: Earthy rich peat with a long, honeyed sweetness.

Aging: 20 years in American Oak hogsheads, then three years in Pedro Ximenez 
and Oloroso Sherry casks.
