Nose Crisp orchard fruit with fresh pears and green apples lead to dense, earthy tea, spicy anise, and peat smoke.

Palate Oily smoke opens the way with earthy ash and vegetal peat. Sweeter notes of burnt caramel and dark currants mingle with smoked meat and cracked black pepper.

Finish Lingering, drying oak with prickling spice and smouldering embers.
