Nose: Sweet notes of spiced fudge, candied nuts, cinnamon biscuits, and hints of marmalade, with gentle smoke in tow.
Palate: Layers of sherried fruit, cooked apples, raisins, and honeyed nuts, with waves of delicate peat and earthy oak.
Finish: Dark berries, smoked liquorice, cocoa, a touch of ginger.
