This is fine and rare Irish whiskey reimagined. Founded by Irish Whiskey’s first female founder, Louise McGuane, our independence means we are free to select the rarest of Irish Whiskey to the most promising new-make from Ireland’s many distilleries – the old guard and the new wave. In her global travels, Louise has met inspirational spirit producers and ingenious coopers in Spain, the US, Mexico and beyond.

We collaborate with these partners-in-craft to source unusual and special barrels in which to age our whiskey. Journey’s end is our traditional bonded warehouse on a family farm in Cooraclare, where our whiskeys age under the influence of ocean air and lush fertile land on the Wild Atlantic Way.
