Roe & Co is a premium blended Irish whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish Whiskey. Roe & Co have hand-selected some of the finest stocks of Irish malt and grain whiskeys, which are aged aged in Bourbon casks. Roe & Co Cask Strength 2019 edition was bottled at 59.1% and displays a balanced grain and malt character with orchard fruits, smooth vanilla and rich oak.
Region: Irish Whiskey
Nose: Coconut flesh, vanilla ice-cream and soft butterscotch.
Palate: Anise-infused orchard fruit, cherry skin and decadent layers of fudge and toffee. A long-lasting and sultry finish with each element of blend shining in a decadent cadence throughout.
Finish: A fiery finish with plenty of spice.
