Matured in specially-crafted casks it offers aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, cherry and sharp citrus that fill the nose, complemented by notes of plums, dates, chocolate, oak and golden syrup sponge throughout the palate.

Nose: Shortbread dipped in vanilla cream. then oak, citrus and peppermint.
Palate: Rich, soft oak coats the mouth – giving way to plums and chocolate limes.
