This is the 1.2 bottling of Waterford Single Farm Origin single malt Irish whisky made with barley grown by Robert Milne in County Wexford. The whole idea of the Single Farm Origin series is to show off the terroir of whisky, by making each expression using barley grown on one farm. A fascinating series, and one we’re keen to keep an eye on as more expressions are released.
